Our new favorite activity...hiking in Eldorado Springs

We heard about this place from one of our friends and decided to check it out. We've gone a few times now, trying out new trails each time...my favorite was the Rattle Snake Gulch Trail where you can visit the ruins of Crag's Hotel that burned down in the early 1900's, a railroad track that winds around the mountain and the Continental Divide.

Here are some Photos:

The only cool animal we saw was a huge buck

we had to take this picture just for the sake of capturing Jordan's Valley teeshirt ;)

The tunnel for the train in the mountain...sorry its sideways

This was a plaque about the Crags Hotel that burned down in Eldorado Springs

and this was the fire place that was left from the fire

We made to the top!
